Right Back – Antonio Valencia

The United captain put in a stellar performance in London on Saturday evening, the full back opened the scoring for the Red Devils with a fierce drive in the 4th minute, and led his side to a hugely important victory ahead of the Manchester derby next weekend.

Centre Back – Harry Maguire

Maguire impressed during his sides 1-0 win over Burnley, the Englishman made more clearances then anyone on the pitch as he dealt with Burnley’s aerial threat which included Chris Wood, Sam Vokes and Ashley Barnes as Sean Dyche’s side hunted for an equaliser, which wasn’t forthcoming.

Centre Back – Declan Rice

Despite being booked early on, the 18-year-old was picked out by many pundits as the Hammers’ bright spot in the 2-1 defeat against the leaders Manchester City. Rice, just like Maguire made more clearances than anyone on the pitch as David Moyes’ side came agonisingly close to snatching a point at the Etihad.

Left-Back  Ryan Bertrand

Bertrand completed more key passes than any other player on the pitch from left back, and can boast an impressive 87% pass completion in the 1-1 draw against Bournemouth.
